Financial Structuring
Financing projects in the world of enterprise development can prove complex and challenging. Often, a project or initiative may have a combination of objectives which include regeneration, economic development and business and social considerations.
It is unusual that funding for revenue and capital can be leveraged from one source and the development of cross-sector funding packages involving the private, governmental and voluntary/non-governmental sectors is often required. Developing packages and structures that will provide financial sustainability in the longer term can be particularly challenging and generally needs to be planned for at the outset.
We have experts and organisations on our team with extensive experience of developing the legal and financial structures to maximise cross-sector financial leverage, while mitigating risk and addressing longer term sustainability. Financial packages can be relatively small or micro-scale projects, or larger regeneration projects.
