Rojer Whieldon BSc Occ. Psych., MA Exist. Psych.
Senior Training and Development Consultant

Rojer Whieldon, as a member of the EDW team, has for over 10 years worked on our national and international capacity building projects, both in the UK and across Europe.

In this role he has provided training and technical support to partners’ managers, counsellors and trainers, to assist them in developing business counselling and training programmes adapted from  EDW’s holistic, client-led, model of support.   

Rojer is an accredited business counsellor, trainer and teacher, previously self-employed, with over 15 years direct experience of developing and running small businesses and wide experience of project development. He was previously Manager of Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Centre’s counselling and training provision in South West London. As a member of the EDW team, Rojer has worked extensively in such countries as England, Scotland, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Spain and Greece.

Widely experienced in effectively communicating and working with all levels of staff, from senior management to front-line staff, Rojer has worked on multilingual and multi-disciplinary projects. His experience also includes one-to-one coaching with senior staff in effective and improved performance levels, using hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming Coaching techniques.

Rojer has over 40 hours broadcast programme experience, having written, edited, directed and produced mainstream programmes for the BBC, Central and Granada Television, and he won an IVCA award for best ‘brave and imaginative programming’.  More recently, he has focused his audiovisual skills on producing information and training materials for the enterprise development field, working with individual enterprise support organisations, developing bespoke materials for highly focused target market audiences.
