Electrical Engineer
Darren Baxter, who has a First Class Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, currently works as an Electrical Design Engineer for Solarsure Limited.
He is responsible for the preparation of detailed designs for the implementation of solar electricity on buildings, procurement of materials and supervision of installation works.
With many years experience in the Electrical Contracting Industry, including industrial, commercial and domestic buildings, Darren has worked with both small and large power systems from low voltage (<50 Volt A.C). to high voltage (11KV A.C.). He is highly experienced in following the design process of buildings from initial concepts and proposals through to the testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and handover to client.
In addition to his work with Solarsure, Darren is currently studying for a Master of Science Degree in Renewable Energy Systems Technology at Loughborough University.
