Anne Savage
Insurance Consultant
Anne Savage has long had an empathy with the enterprise sector and has advised on a wide range of insurance issues relating to Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Centre (WYEC) and Trident Business Centre, over the past 19 years.
On graduating from the University of Warwick in the eighties, she soon recognised the absence of insurance support to both the operators and the occupants of managed workspace. In 1986 Anne, driven by her desire to support the managed workspace sector in addressing the insurance issues it faced, and to establish her own enterprise, co-founded Newspace Insurance Services, of which she is Managing Director. Through the company’s activities, insurance support and advice has been provided to several thousand enterprise centre managers and licensees throughout the UK.
Combining an understanding of the micro and small business approach, with an awareness of the commercial and practical requirements of the insurance sector, Anne has been instrumental in raising the profile of regeneration and managed workspace within the insurance market. Her experience and knowledge of the enterprise and managed workspace sectors and the insurance arena are extensive.
As an insurance specialist within the enterprise sector, Anne’s area of expertise is the provision, through the company, of comprehensive guidance, together with specialist support from insurance company risk management teams, in all matters relating to insurance.
