Unemployment among young people is one of the most difficult problems in Malopolska: young people account for one third of total unemployment. Through participation in youngbusiness.net 2, the Development Agency has encouraged school-leavers to see themselves as potential entrepreneurs and to realise that self-employment is a route to independence.
