Demand and provision of incubator premises for young adults in Hounslow
The EDW team, working with Rubicon Consulting, advised Hounslow Borough Council, London, on the feasibility of developing an incubator facility for young people in Hounslow. The EDW team was also independently commissioned by the Council to undertake a demand study for the supply of small business space in the Borough and a site feasibility study for the development of a managed workspace and incubator facility.
